So far I have not been a big fan of the peplum. On this skirt though I find it fun and flirty. This is also a great length for a skirt.

I'm going to be honest and say I don't know if this is Venus or Serena. Beside that point, I admire their strength and boldness. This neon works great against her skin tone and the dark denim and sparkly flats add femininity to her athletic frame. On her I would like to see a tad more of a waist but overall a great look.
